How does the free trial work?
Signing up for the free trial gives you full access to BOMA for 14 days. There are no obligations to continue at the end of your trial.
Do I need to pay extra for BOMA's generative AI tool 'Content Assist'?
No. Access to 'Content Assist' is included in your plan at no additional cost saving you USD $20 per month for the equivalent Chat GPT subscription.
What currencies are accepted?
Pricing will be shown in your local currency for Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Eurozone. For all other countries including the USA the pricing will be shown in USD.
How do the plans and pricing tiers work?
The plan and pricing tier is based on the number of contacts in your email database. The BOMA Content Library is included in both plans. If your contact list grows, we'll make sure you're on the right plan that suits your needs. If you have more than 5,000 contacts, please contact us.
Can I upgrade from a Monthly to an Annual Plan
Yes, it's easy and you'll save 15%. Go to your Billing page, click on 'Update Plan' and follow the instructions making sure to select the 'Per Year' option.
What is a contact?
A contact is a record of a person stored in BOMA associated with an email address.
What if I need help with my account setup?
We're here to help. Whether you're starting off fresh or migrating from another platform we're on hand to assist you. This includes importing and segmenting your email database and building email templates.
Can I change my plan or pricing tier?
Your pricing tier is based on the number of contacts in your account. If you add or delete contacts that shift you above or below your current tier contact level then BOMA will automatically switch you over to the correct tier.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards and payment via PayPal.
